Hey Kev,
All good here...no gallstones....blood work okay...have a moderately fatty liver (diagnoses via ultra-sound)...serious...maybe, but can be controlled with furter weight loss...as per the doctor...feels it may be a result of the diabetes. Other than that...all okay...weather is very nice...lots of rain latley (unlike the American farming states....gonna be rough for some folks, that is for sure)...everything is green as hell here. Family is good...Cole (our oldest) had some recent bloodwork as well...all good there to...doctor concerned with potential diabetes as well. Gott
interesting

hey dude
Kev,
Hello
Hey Kev,
Update
Hey Brother,
going strong
Brother Kevin,
Like your idea of repeating to myself that i am 100% responsible...since my holidays things are going really well. I like the workout you designed...seems a little unconventional...but so did a lot of things before i started this lifestyle change. Will keep you posted on how things are going. Thank you for being there for me thru this process.
Good to hear that your family is doing great...that is awesome.

The Workout - by Kevin
Okay, we are going to get you in and out of the gym in 30 minutes tops and hopefully exhausted and with a great muscle pump.
First of all you will need some type of warmup to get the blood flowing. 5-10 on the treadmill or what I've been doing a lot is 35 Rocking motions followed up by 100 standing cross crawls.
For the rocking motions, get down on your hands and knees, head looking forward, top of foot on ground with toes pointing back. Now rock back till your ass gets close to the ground then come back up to starting position, chest high and arms straight.

Jayman,
Yeah its important to keep in mind its a marathon. It's a lifestyle change. If you have a bad day or week no big deal, come the next day you just resume down the path we are creating and continue.
You do still seem to be looking for excuses in your last post though, so say this 10 times over before continuing ;)
